What to expect
Your pedicure starts with a warm, soothing foot soak to soften the skin and relax tired feet. I then shape the toenails, care for the cuticles, and gently remove any callus or hard skin.
A calming foot and lower-leg massage follows to improve circulation and relieve tension. You can finish with regular polish or long-lasting gel polish for a salon-perfect look that lasts for weeks.
All tools are sterilised and single-use items are discarded after every treatment, ensuring the highest hygiene standards.
Before your appointment
- ◆Do not shave your legs on the day of your appointment.
- ◆Remove any existing nail polish from your toenails.
- ◆Wear open-toed or comfortable shoes if possible.
- ◆Inform me of any foot conditions, diabetes, or circulation issues.
Aftercare
- ◆Keep feet dry and apply moisturiser daily to maintain softness.
- ◆Avoid tight shoes for at least 24 hours after polish application.
- ◆Do not soak your feet for the first 12 hours after the treatment.
- ◆Use a foot file gently between visits to keep hard skin at bay.
- ◆Schedule regular pedicures every 4–6 weeks for ongoing foot health.
