Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

The following terms apply to every appointment booked at Diamant Falke, Pilatusstrasse 19, 6003 Lucerne. By booking an appointment — online, by phone, by email, or in person — you accept these terms.

1. Appointments & booking

All treatments are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online via our booking system, by phone, or by email.

Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled, while the full price of the original treatment will still apply.

2. Cancellation policy

Cancellations and rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, may be charged at 100% of the booked treatment price. Repeated late cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

3. Age policy

Treatments are offered exclusively to clients aged 16 and over.

Minors under 16 cannot be served, even with parental consent, for hygienic and product-safety reasons. Clients aged 16 and 17 must attend with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Health & hygiene

Please inform us before the treatment of any allergies, skin conditions, nail diseases, recent injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions that may affect the service.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it is not safe to perform. All instruments are sterilised and single-use disposables are used where appropriate.

5. Prices & payment

Current prices are published on the website and in the studio. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Payment is due at the end of the treatment by cash or card (TWINT also accepted). Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Liability

Diamant Falke is not liable for damage to clothing, jewellery or personal items left in the studio. We are not liable for reactions or damage that result from undisclosed allergies or pre-existing conditions.

Complaints regarding the treatment must be reported within 3 days of the appointment so we can offer a correction.

7. Photos

Photos of treatments may be taken for our portfolio and social media. If you do not wish your hands or feet to be photographed, please let us know before the treatment begins.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.
